United Services Group is a Canadian facility maintenance company founded in 1977 by Milan Kroupa Sr. It provides cleaning and janitorial services to commercial clients nationwide, employing more than 3,500 people and servicing over 100 million square feet daily. The company counts itself among Canada's largest facility service providers, with more than 45 years in the sector and clients across retail, industrial, office and commercial real estate, and food service.
Its service lines include commercial cleaning and janitorial programs, floor waxing and refinishing, day porter services, parking lot and grounds maintenance, landscaping and turf care, snow removal and ice control, post-construction cleanup, and specialised commercial kitchen cleaning. Work is organised across a business model that promotes individual cleaners and helps them establish their own businesses; the company partners with small business owners and existing cleaning professionals.
Workforce development runs through United Campus, a training programme offering a four-week intensive course in industrial cleaning. The programme currently operates at two locations, Laval, QC and Gatineau, QC. The company's wider geographic presence spans Canada nationwide.
